Regression Test Selection (RTS), from the University of Maryland, is presented in this paper in a readable way, i.e. not too academic. The RTS techniques mentioned include dataflow techniques, safe techniques, random techniques and test all techniques. There is also some set theory explaining the more formal definitions to regression.
